Kay is one of the Owners of IndigoBlu, which she co-founded with her husband Alfie in 2011. As the “Creative Genius” of the company, Kay is responsible for creating all the Classes and personally oversees the creation and/or approval of all IndigoBlu products. Her artistic vision and expertise are key to the success and unique style of IndigoBlu. Her dedication to quality and innovation has garnered recognition and praise from customers and industry experts alike.
Alfie is one of the Owners of IndigoBlu, which he co-founded with his wife Kay in 2011. As the “Headhoncho” of the company, Alfie works behind the scenes to ensure everything is running smoothly. His expertise in managing logistics and overseeing operations is essential to the success of IndigoBlu. With his meticulous attention to detail and strategic mindset, Alfie keeps the business operations of IndigoBlu running like a well-oiled machine.
Ella is the full-time Manager of IndigoBlu. Ella is the head of Production, Customer Services, Social Media, Marketing and Event Organization at IndigoBlu. In her role as head of Production, she oversees the entire manufacturing process, ensuring that orders are completed on time and to the highest quality standards. As the head of Customer Services, Ella is responsible for handling all customer queries, providing exceptional service, and resolving any issues that may arise. Additionally, she manages the planning and execution of various events, ensuring that everything runs smoothly and creates a perfect atmosphere for our crafters. She manages our social media presence, creating engaging content and keeping our followers updated on the latest news and products. Ella's diverse range of responsibilities truly makes her a “jack of all trades”!
Mirela works part-time alongside Ella in production, where she plays a vital role in ensuring that our products are made with the utmost care and attention to detail. Mirela prepares all the orders and packs them once Ella has checked them, making sure that each item is carefully wrapped and presented to our customers in the best possible way. Additionally, Mirela is responsible for potting all the mediums in HQ and helping to prepare our products by bagging, labelling, and performing other essential tasks. Her attention to detail and precision ensure that every product meets our high standards of quality and excellence.
Ian works part-time and is a key member of the IndigoBlu team, handling the production of our Red Rubber Stamps with precision and care. As part of his role, Ian presses, mounts, and cuts all the stamps ordered at IndigoBlu, ensuring that each item is made to order and of the highest quality. Beyond his contributions to production, Ian is also a talented designer, helping to create some of our most popular products, including Stencils, Woodology, Badges, and Stamp designs. Ian's creativity and attention to detail make him an invaluable asset to our team, and his designs are loved by customers worldwide.
Mike works behind the scenes, collaborating closely with Kay and Ella to bring forth fabulous designs for IndigoBlu! His artistic vision and dedication are what make his creations truly exceptional.
